We appreciate your wise choice of the agency to handle your visa needs. Below you will find information pertaining to your Russian visa.
According to Russian law, you have to register your visa within 72 hours of arrival ( excluding weekends and local holidays ). Registration can be done either at a hotel where you are staying or our office in Moscow where you will be charged a nominal fee. You will need to present your passport and visa.
All visas can be registered for a maximum of 90 days at a time. Regarding re-registering visas valid for longer period, please contact our Moscow office. Additional fees and paperwork may be required.
If your have ordered VIP service upon your arrival to Moscow, the VIP agent will meet you as soon as you step off the plain. VIP agents are dressed in blue uniforms with a small VIP pin. You can also ask your flight attendant to help you find the agent. Please identify yourself to the agent, and they will guide you to the VIP lounge.
Your visa is only good for the period it is issued for and cannot be extended while in Russia. In case of an emergency, if you cannot leave by the visa expiration date, please call our Moscow office as soon as possible.
When you enter Russia, please have a copy of the confirmation/voucher ( for tourist visas only ) with you at the airport. This voucher was either mailed to you by our office or one of our partner companies. If you did not get your voucher, please call us before departing for Russia.
